Energy Healing Indian Head Massage

Release, Reset, and Come Back to Yourself

This is more than a massage. It is an invitation to put down what you are carrying — the tension held in your shoulders, the weight behind your eyes, the low hum of stress that has become so familiar you have stopped noticing it — and to simply rest.

Combining the ancient art of Indian Head Massage with intuitive energy healing, this treatment works across both the physical and the energetic body. Healing hands move through the shoulders, arms, upper back, face, and head — releasing tightness, encouraging circulation, and easing the places where the body most often holds its stress. Woven throughout is energy work: clearing what has become stagnant, restoring a natural sense of flow and balance, and supporting your nervous system to soften and settle.

The result is a deep, layered kind of rest, the kind that stays with you.

What to expect:

You will be comfortably seated throughout. You can choose to remain fully clothed, wear a strappy or strapless top, or use one of our modesty wraps. For those who would like a deeper experience, massage on bare skin with one of our handcrafted organic oil blends is recommended — each one carefully infused with botanicals and essential oils, and selected intuitively for your session.

There is a brief consultation before your first appointment, so we can take a moment to connect, discuss anything relevant, and ensure the session is shaped around you.

This treatment may support:

In the body:

Release of muscular tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Relief from tension headaches, eye strain, jaw holding, sinus congestion, and earache. Improved circulation and lymphatic flow.  A quieter, more settled nervous system.

In the mind and emotions:

A deep sense of calm and stillness. Easing of anxiety and mental fatigue. Greater clarity and presence.  A gentle lift when you have been feeling low or depleted.

A Note on Aftercare:

Your body continues integrating the session for around 24 hours afterwards. To support that process: drink plenty of water, rest where you can, and give yourself space to stay in the quietness a little longer. Avoid alcohol and vigorous exercise for 24 hours, and if oils have been used, wait at least 8 hours before bathing so they can continue working.

Sometimes the body's self-healing process brings temporary responses — a little more tiredness, a runny nose, vivid dreams, or an old ache briefly surfacing. These are signs that something is shifting and clearing. They pass, usually within a day.

Before you book:

There are some conditions where it is advisable to check with your doctor before receiving a massage. Please take a moment to read through the full contraindications on the link below, and do reach out if you have any questions — I am always happy to talk things through before you book.
