Come Into Circle

There is a particular kind of medicine that only happens when people gather with shared intention,  when the everyday falls away and something more spacious opens up.

Each of the gatherings held here is different in form, but rooted in the same essential invitation: to slow down, to be witnessed, and to remember that you are not doing this alone. Whether you are drawn by the rhythm of the drum, the pull of the lunar cycle, or the deep resonance of sound — there is a place for you here.

All gatherings take place in the quiet landscape of Powys, Wales, held by the land and the natural world that surrounds us. They are small, intentional spaces. You will not be lost in a crowd. You will be met.

No prior experience is needed for any of these circles. Only an open heart and a willingness to arrive.

Women's Moon Circle

The New Moon is the dark before the light — a moment of deep stillness where the old falls away and something new begins to stir. It is one of the most potent times in the lunar cycle for turning inward, for releasing what no longer belongs, and for planting the quiet seeds of what you wish to grow.

Each Moon Circle is a sacred gathering to honour that threshold together — a women's circle, held in that spirit.

We open with checking in to see how we all are and then enjoy either cacao or herbal tea, whilst settling into the warmth of the space and into each other's company. From there, the evening unfolds with the energy of the group.

Sometimes that means deep sharing and conversation that carries us all the way through. Other evenings I weave in goddess rituals, guided visualisation, or other spiritual practices — always following what feels right for the women gathered, rather than a fixed plan.

The heart of it stays the same: a space to release what no longer serves, to set intentions for the coming month, and to remember that you are not doing any of this alone. When the weather is kind, we gather around the fire for all or part of the evening. When the weather draws us in, we create a warm, sacred space indoors.

The circle holds either way.No experience is needed. Come as you are.

Shamanic Drumming Circle

Long before talk therapy, before wellness retreats, before any of it — there was rhythm. And the body still knows how to respond.

These monthly circles gather near the full moon to drum, journey, and drop beneath the noise of everyday life together. No experience is needed. No knowledge, no preparation. Only a willingness to arrive and be present.

The steady, repetitive beat of the drum has a quiet but powerful effect on the nervous system. As the rhythm settles, the body begins to follow — breathing deepens, the mind softens, and something that was held tight begins to gently release. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than they have in a long time.

There is also something particular that happens when people drum together. Shared rhythm has a way of bringing us into a natural attunement with one another — a gentle co-regulation that can ease the weight of carrying things alone. No words are necessary. The rhythm does that work.

Each circle opens with time to arrive, breathe, and settle before anything else begins. From there, we move through a short guided inner journey supported by the drum, then drum together as a group across two or three rounds — each moving through a different theme, whether grounding, release, connection, or intention. We close with a grounding chant to help integrate the experience and find your way gently back.

There is no pressure to take part in every element. You might drum freely, join in softly, or simply sit back and let the sound wash over you. Every way of being in the circle is welcome.

Circles are held monthly near the full moon, in a small group setting, and last around 60–75 minutes.

Please note: due to the physical nature of rhythm and vibration, this circle is not suitable for people with sound-induced epilepsy, those with a pacemaker, women in the first trimester of pregnancy, or anyone currently experiencing severe mental health challenges. If you are unsure whether this is right for you, please check with your medical professional first.

Sacred Sound Journey

A Sacred Sound Journey is not a sound bath. It is something older, more intentional, and considerably more layered.

In a world where singing bowls have become background noise, what I offer here is something different — a carefully crafted ceremonial experience, held in an intimate space, using the full spectrum of sound as a healing tool. Not only the tones that soothe and settle, but also the dissonant and the unexpected — the frequencies that shake loose what needs to shift. Knowing how and when to work with that, and how to hold a group safely through it, comes only with deep training and lived experience.

Each journey is shaped around the group that gathers. We work with Himalayan and crystal bowls, tuning forks, solfeggio pipes, gong, shamanic drum, rattle, and voice — moving through layers of sound that clear, open, restore, and return you to yourself.

These journeys take place in my home — a quiet, sacred space in the wide landscape of Powys, held by the land and the natural world around it. Up to five people gather, so the space stays genuinely intimate. You will be known here, not lost in a crowd.

Afterwards, we come together over cacao or herbal teas — grounding back into the body, into conversation, into the warmth of shared experience. This closing ritual is part of the medicine. Something particular happens when a small group of people have travelled somewhere together and then sit quietly with a warm cup and let it land.

Whether you are new to sound healing or have experienced it before, a Sacred Sound Journey offers something a larger setting simply cannot — true presence, genuine holding, and the kind of shift that happens when a space is crafted with real care and skill.

Places are limited to 5. Booking in advance is essential.
