A Fusion of Somatic & Feminine Kundalini Yoga

These sessions blend somatic yoga, feminine Kundalini practices, breathwork, sound and mindful awareness into a deeply nurturing and embodied experience. Rather than following a fixed routine, each session begins with where you are today.
Your body is constantly communicating. What feels supportive today may be very different from what was needed yesterday or what will be needed tomorrow. You are invited to slow down, turn inward and listen.
Through movement, breath, mantra and rest, we create space to reconnect with your body's natural wisdom. There is no pressure to achieve a particular posture and nothing to perform. Instead, you are encouraged to move intuitively, honour your energy levels and respond to what feels nourishing in the moment.
While many sessions include gentle, grounding and restorative practices, this does not mean every movement is soft. Sometimes the body needs stillness, and sometimes it needs expression. If emotions, stress or stagnant energy are ready to move, practices may become more vigorous, empowering or dynamic. You are always encouraged to work at your own pace, following what feels supportive and authentic for you.
This practice weaves together the grounding awareness of somatic yoga with the transformative qualities of Kundalini energy. Rather than forcing energy to rise, we work gently and respectfully with the nervous system, creating the conditions for greater balance, vitality and inner connection to emerge naturally.
What to Expect
Each class is guided with sensitivity and flexibility. Practices may include:

Deep relaxation and rest
Every session concludes with a chanting meditation followed by savasana, allowing the body and mind time to integrate the practice. This closing space often brings a sense of calm, clarity and deep restoration, helping you leave feeling grounded, centred and connected.
Everything is offered as an invitation. You are always free to modify movements, pause, rest or simply observe.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Classes are suitable for all levels and all bodies. If you prefer to practise seated on a chair, adaptations can be offered.
Above all, this is a space to arrive exactly as you are.
