I'm Emma. I live and work in the quiet, wide landscape of Powys, Wales — held by the land, shaped by the seasons, rooted in a long and ongoing relationship with the Earth.

Soul of Nature grew from a lifelong journey of transformation, loss, and coming back to myself. My own experience of trauma and the years I spent finding my way through it are the foundation of everything I offer. That path took me deep into the body, into shamanism, into the unseen layers of life — and eventually brought me home to a way of working that feels true.

I know what it is to be disconnected from yourself. To push through when everything in you wants to rest. To look for answers outside when the answers were within you all along.

That understanding shapes how I meet every person who comes to this work.

My Approach

My practice is rooted in natural shamanism — a way of working that honours nature, energy, and the intelligence of the living world. From that foundation, I work in a fluid, multi-modal way, responding intuitively to what each person needs in the moment.

Sessions weave together sacred sound and vibration, intuitive energy and hands-on healing, somatic movement, breathwork, and gentle coaching — not as separate treatments, but as one integrated response to you as a whole person. I work across the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and soul layers, moving with the natural rhythms of your system rather than imposing a structure upon it.

Every session is held in a calm, confidential space where you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. There is no pressure to perform, explain yourself, or have it all figured out. The space itself is part of the medicine.

My Background

My professional path has been shaped by over twenty-five years of working with children, young people, and adults navigating trauma, additional learning needs, and emotional and behavioural challenges. This work gave me a deep grounding in psychology, the nervous system, grief, and what it means to truly meet someone where they are.

Alongside this, I am a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and I hold a Level 4 Counselling Diploma, a BA with Honours, and a Master's in Education. I am an FHT accredited Level 3 Indian Head Massage therapist, a certified Kundalini and Somatic Yoga practitioner, and an advanced practitioner in natural skincare and organic cosmetic science — a reflection of my enduring love of plants and their healing intelligence.

But more than any qualification, what shapes this work is the path I have walked myself — the falling apart, the going inwards, and the slow, real return to solid ground.

My role is not to lead you somewhere. It is to be present with you as you remember your own knowing, trust your own rhythms, and begin to make choices that come from the truth of who you are — rather than from conditioning, fear, or expectation.

If something here speaks to you, I warmly invite you to reach out. There is no obligation — just an open door.
