Indian Head Massage

Pre-Treatment Information

Thank you for taking the time to read this leaflet,

Indian Head Massage is a wonderful way of relaxing and rejuvenating.  I want to ensure that you have the best experience, so please read all of this leaflet so that you know what to expect and what is included in the treatment.

Indian Head Massage focuses on the neck, shoulders, arms, upper back the face and the head and enjoyed by relaxing in a chair.  You can choose to be fully clothed (with a thin top on), have a strappy top (so the straps can be moved) or you can wear a robe (provided).  To gain the best experience, it is beneficial to have bare skin on the massage areas, especially if you choose to have our natural handcrafted infused oils.

Our oil blends are herbal, natural, organic, and handcrafted to support relaxation and healing. Please let me know during the consultation if you have any allergies or are taking any medication that could be affected by the herbs.

Everyone will have an initial consultation during the first session, so that we can discuss any concerns, medical issues, or adaptations that may be needed to the massage.  The massage will last approximately 30 minutes and then some time to have a drink of water and a few moments to ensure that you are grounded and ready to carry on your day.
