What is talking therapy?

Talking therapy offers a safe, private, and confidential space where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns with a trained professional. It provides an opportunity to discuss what's on your mind, explore difficult experiences, address persistent behavior patterns, and overcome feelings of being stuck.

 

By verbalising your internal struggles, you can release the emotional burden and gain a clearer perspective. This process allows you to observe your issues more objectively, helping you clear your mind and make informed decisions.

Who can benefit?

In short, everyone. We all have thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may no longer serve us well. From the moment we are born, we are influenced by societal conditioning and the various challenges life throws at us.

Sometimes, we aren't even aware of the emotional baggage we carry, which we thought we had dealt with long ago. This unresolved baggage can manifest as feelings of being stuck, anxiety, depression, a sense of unease, difficulties in life, addictions, and even some medical conditions.

​

While talking therapy is not a miracle cure, it offers a crucial first step in the right direction. By releasing what no longer serves you, you can begin to make clearer decisions and explore new options. It helps you gain a fresh perspective, which is often difficult to achieve when you're immersed in your struggles.

What does it involve?

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can feel comfortable and at ease.

 

From our very first session, I want you to feel supported and understood. We’ll start with a consultation to ensure that we both feel comfortable working together, as a strong, trusting relationship is essential for effective therapy.

​

If we decide to continue, our sessions will be a time for you to talk openly about your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will explore opportunities for releasing what is no longer needed, growth and healing. My approach is centred on empowering you to realise your own potential. I will provide you with tools and strategies, and encourage self-confidence, so you can make decisions that are best for you. You are the expert on your own life, and my goal is to support you in your journey to well-being.

Energy Exchange:

Sliding scale - pay what you can. No judgement, same experience. Pay cash in person or via bank transfer before the session:​

Talking Therapy: £25 - £45 (1 hour, with consultation on first session)​

Talking Therapy with Energy Healing: £55 - £85, (1hr 15 mins - 1 hr 30 mins)​

Talking Therapy, Energy Healing & Relaxation - £70 - £95,  (2 hrs)
