Every session is crafted uniquely to address your individual needs, ensuring a confidential and professional environment that nurtures a sense of relaxation and safety. Healing modalities may include sound and drum therapies, incorporating both hands-on and hands-off techniques with a professional touch. Typically lasting one hour, sessions involve full relaxation while remaining clothed and covered with a cozy blanket or sheet. The structured session unfolds through a check-in consultation, a phase of relaxation, a focused session tailored to your needs, and concludes with a soothing sound healing. Throughout, you maintain complete control, and the focus is always on your comfort level. If your current financial situation is a barrier, please contact me for a reduction.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while honouring the time and energy that goes into preparing for your session or course. Please read the following policy carefully before booking. Appointments (One-to-One & Private Sessions) - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within this notice period, you may either reschedule your appointment or receive a refund, which will be processed within 3 working days. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved for you. Your deposit will be non-refundable, if notice is within 24 hours of your appointment. Courses, Workshops & Group Events - Once a course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the full fee is non-refundable, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon. - If you need to withdraw before the course begins, please get in touch as early as possible to discuss your options. Additional Information - In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session or course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled date. - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. - By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
