Service Description
Everything in creation is vibration — from the pulse of the Earth to the rhythm of your heartbeat. When our inner frequencies fall out of harmony, we may experience this as tension, fatigue, or emotional imbalance. Through the ancient practice of Sacred Sound Healing, these vibrations are gently brought back into resonance. Each session is a deeply restorative sound journey, using the healing tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, shamanic drum, rattle, gong, and voice. These sacred instruments create a vibrational field that moves through the physical body and subtle energy layers — clearing stagnant energy, easing the nervous system, and inviting spacious stillness within. Modern research supports what ancient traditions have always known: sound can profoundly influence our wellbeing. Studies in sound therapy and neuroscience show that certain frequencies can slow brainwave activity, reduce stress hormones, and activate the body’s natural relaxation response. This state of entrainment allows the mind to quiet, the body to rest, and energy to realign. Sound is more than heard — it is felt. It awakens remembrance, reconnects us to the Earth’s heartbeat, and restores harmony between the seen and unseen. Each tone is an invitation to return home to your natural state of wholeness. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while honouring the time and energy that goes into preparing for your session or course. Please read the following policy carefully before booking. Appointments (One-to-One & Private Sessions) - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within this notice period, you may either reschedule your appointment or receive a refund, which will be processed within 3 working days. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved for you. Your deposit will be non-refundable, if notice is within 24 hours of your appointment. Courses, Workshops & Group Events - Once a course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the full fee is non-refundable, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon. - If you need to withdraw before the course begins, please get in touch as early as possible to discuss your options. Additional Information - In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session or course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled date. - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. - By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
