Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while honouring the time and energy that goes into preparing for your session or course. Please read the following policy carefully before booking. Appointments (One-to-One & Private Sessions) - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within this notice period, you may either reschedule your appointment or receive a refund, which will be processed within 3 working days. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved for you. Your deposit will be non-refundable, if notice is within 24 hours of your appointment. Courses, Workshops & Group Events - Once a course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the full fee is non-refundable, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon. - If you need to withdraw before the course begins, please get in touch as early as possible to discuss your options. Additional Information - In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session or course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled date. - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. - By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
