Service Description

This is integrative work in the truest sense. Rather than following a fixed structure, I listen — to what you bring, to what your body is holding, to what is ready to move. From there, we work with whatever is most alive in that moment, drawing from shamanism, sacred sound, energy healing, somatic movement, breathwork, or gentle coaching as feels right. Sometimes one thread, sometimes many woven together. The aim is not to fix or to push. It is simply to create the conditions where something in you can soften, release, and find its way back into balance — across the physical, emotional, mental, and soul layers, all at once. You don't need to come with a plan. You just need to come. A session might include soothing sounds from Himalayan or crystal bowls, shamanic drumming, intuitive hands-on energy work, grounding breathwork, or gentle movement to help you feel more embodied and present. We may also explore your Human Design roadmap, offering a deeper understanding of your unique energy blueprint and how you can live in alignment with your authentic self. Each experience is guided by intuition and your needs in that moment — whether that’s deep rest, emotional release, energetic clearing, or gentle empowerment to move forward on your path.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while honouring the time and energy that goes into preparing for your session or course. Please read the following policy carefully before booking. Appointments (One-to-One & Private Sessions) - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within this notice period, you may either reschedule your appointment or receive a refund, which will be processed within 3 working days. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved for you. Your deposit will be non-refundable, if notice is within 24 hours of your appointment. Courses, Workshops & Group Events - Once a course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the full fee is non-refundable, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon. - If you need to withdraw before the course begins, please get in touch as early as possible to discuss your options. Additional Information - In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session or course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled date. - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. - By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
