Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is one of the oldest healing traditions the world has ever known. At its heart is a simple and profound understanding: that we are not separate from nature, from each other, or from the deeper rhythms of life — and that when we fall out of alignment with those rhythms, something in us suffers.
This work gently addresses the layers beneath the surface. The energetic imbalances. The lost or fragmented parts of self. The places where old experiences, emotions, and patterns have become lodged in the body and field — quietly shaping how we feel, how we relate, and how we move through life. Shamanic healing creates the conditions for those things to be witnessed, released, and restored.
My own path into this work came through years of teaching, counselling, and my own lived experience of trauma and transformation. Over time, my practice deepened and became what it is now — rooted in shamanism, woven through with sacred sound, energy healing, and an abiding relationship with the natural world. It is not something I arrived at through study alone. It is something I found my way to, through the body, through the Earth, through my own long journey home.
Who is this for?
If you are reading this, something in you is already leaning towards it.These sessions are for anyone carrying something they haven't been able to put down. Anxiety. Grief. Exhaustion. A sense of being disconnected from yourself or from your life. Patterns that keep repeating. A feeling that something has been lost along the way.
You don't need to have any experience of this kind of work.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. You just need to be willing to arrive.
What to Expect
Each session is shaped entirely around you — where you are, what you are carrying, and what your system is asking for in that moment. There is no fixed formula.
What we work with emerges from our initial conversation and from the session itself. You will be comfortable throughout — lying down, fully clothed, held in a warm and peaceful space. Sessions work with sacred sound (voice, drum, and rattle), intuitive energy healing, and both hands-on and hands-off techniques.
They last approximately 45 minutes to one hour. We begin with a gentle check-in, move into deep relaxation and healing, and close with sound — leaving space at the end for anything that wants to be spoken.
You remain in full autonomy throughout. Nothing happens without your awareness and consent.
What people most often describe afterwards is a quietness. A sense of having set something down. A feeling of being, somehow, more themselves.
Womb & Hara Healing
A deeper invitation, within the same work.
Within shamanic healing, there is a particular strand of this work that focuses on one of the most held and often most forgotten centres in the body — the womb space.
This energetic centre, sometimes called the hara, sits in the lower abdomen. It carries memory. It holds the imprint of old emotions, unspoken stories, and inherited patterns — often quietly, for years. Even if you have never had children, or no longer have a physical womb, this space still holds something: the threads of your feminine wisdom, your emotional history, your ancestral lineage.
When we turn towards it with gentleness and intention, something in the body begins to release.
Who might this call to?
This work is primarily offered to women, though it is also deeply supportive for anyone — of any gender — who is navigating difficult or unresolved patterns connected to the mother wound, feminine lineage, or the early roots of their emotional life.
You might feel drawn to this work if you are:
-
carrying emotional weight connected to past experiences or trauma that lives in the body — grief, shame, numbness, held tension or guilt
-
navigating something unresolved in your relationship with your mother, your feminine lineage, or your own sense of belonging
-
feeling disconnected from your creativity, intuition, or inner authority
-
longing to soften — back into your body, into sensuality, into a quieter knowing
-
moving through a transition, a shift in identity, or a deeper calling to know yourself
-
or simply sensing that something in this space needs tending, without knowing exactly what it is.
You don't need to arrive with a clear reason. Sometimes the body already knows what the mind hasn't yet found words for.
A note on deeper work
A single session can be deeply nourishing and a meaningful place to begin. But for those who feel called to go further — to gently unravel more layers, integrate more fully, and build a genuine relationship with this part of themselves — a block of three sessions offers something richer.
Real shifts at this level tend to happen over time, not all at once. A programme of sessions allows the work to build, each one opening a little more space than the last, so the healing can move through the body at its own natural pace.
