Kundalini Yoga
A gentle, feminine and somatic approach

This Kundalini Yoga practice is an embodied, nurturing journey that honours where you are in each moment. Rather than pushing or forcing energy to rise, we gently invite and coax the Kundalini energy to awaken in its own time, guided by breath, awareness and softness.

Blending traditional Kundalini elements with feminine and somatic yoga, the practice is fluid, intuitive and deeply restorative. Movements are slow and flowing, woven together with conscious breathwork, mantra and periods of rest. You are encouraged to listen inwardly, trust your body’s wisdom and move in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.

The focus is on meeting yourself exactly as you are on the day, creating space for healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. By working with the nervous system and cultivating presence, this practice supports a sense of safety, grounding and inner connection. Feminine here refers to the quality of energy, receptive, intuitive and compassionate, rather than gender.
