About
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that found its way to the western world in the late 1960s. It is a complete science, combining posture, breath, mantra and meditation to transform and heal.

Kundalini Yoga works with the energies within our bodies, helping us to clear stagnant energies or blocks and to help the Kundalini energy flow freely. In effect, working from the inside out.

Kundalini Yoga enables us to feel grounded and connected to ourselves and the universe. It supports us to strengthen, release and heal our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.

My Style is very much from a trauma-informed and relaxation focus. The intention is to change the mindset to positively effect your healing and lifestyle, accessing the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest system) to balance daily stress and lives. This starts in the sessions, with a positive mindset about your body and what you can do on that day.
Staying positive and calm encourages the release of hormones that support deep relaxation and overall well-being.

Who is it for?
Kundalini Yoga is suitable for everyone (above 16 for the adult classes). Everybody is welcomed in a non-judgemental, calm and relaxed environment.
If you need to sit on a chair, then you are very welcome, all postures will be adaptable. Fitness levels are not a concern, these classes are suitable for everyone.

Breath & Meditation Circle
Join us for a rejuvenating Breath and Meditation Circle, designed to help you tune into your inner core and let go of the day's distractions.
This 45-minute session begins with breathwork, allowing you to connect with your body and inner self. We then transition into chanting meditation, which aids in opening the throat energy center and incorporates healing sound vibrations.
Perfect for those who struggle to quiet the mind during meditation, this circle offers a serene sanctuary for relaxation and inner peace.
