Sacred Sound Healing

Sacred Sound Healing is a gentle, nurturing practice that supports you on every level. It brings soothing balance to the physical body, emotional landscape, busy mind and the subtle layers of the spirit. When life pulls our natural rhythm out of tune, we may feel heavy, tired or disconnected. Sound offers a kind and natural way of guiding us back into harmony.

During a session, the warm tones of Himalayan and crystal bowls, tuning forks, solfeggio pipes, gong, voice, shamanic drum and rattle are used with presence and intention. Each instrument carries its own vibration, creating a cocoon of sound that moves through the body and energy field with a quiet, therapeutic strength.

These waves of frequency help to ease stagnation, settle the nervous system and gently encourage the body’s innate ability to rebalance. The experience feels grounding and spacious, inviting a deeper sense of ease, clarity and connection within yourself.

How Sound Healing Works

Sound healing works through entrainment and resonance. Entrainment occurs when the body naturally aligns with a steady external frequency, allowing brainwave patterns to shift into calmer, restorative states that support relaxation, emotional ease and mental clarity.

Resonance encourages areas of tension or stagnation to loosen. In each session, one instrument is used as the main source of vibration. Whether it is tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, solfeggio pipes, gong, drum, rattle or voice, each works across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers.

The vibration travels through the body and energy field, helping to soften tightness, settle the nervous system and restore flow. Research in sound therapy and neuroscience suggests that these frequencies can reduce stress chemistry and support the parasympathetic system, while the spiritual aspect offers grounding, insight and a deeper sense of connection.

It is a gentle, natural way of bringing the whole being back towards balance.

Sound healing is not a replacement for medical care, but it can be a valuable complementary approach that supports overall wellbeing and helps create the conditions for the body to heal and regulate.  Contraindications apply, please message me for further information.

I am currently completing a 12-month professional sound healing qualification, with each module taught, supervised and assessed to ensure safe and ethical practice. At this stage, I am qualified to offer sessions with tuning forks, Himalayan bowls and crystal bowls, and will be adding more instruments as I progress through the course.

Case study sessions are offered on a contribution basis. Once a module is passed, sessions using those instruments are available at a student practitioner rate of £30, a temporary fee while I complete the remainder of my training.

All instruments are high-quality and professionally graded, chosen for their clarity and resonance. Every session is held with care, intention and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive healing experience.
