What is Blended Healing?
Blended healing offers a deeply personalised and holistic approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic and energetic modalities to support you on your healing journey.
Sometimes what is needed is not just one approach, but an integration of methods that work together to help you release what no longer serves you and move towards greater well-being. My blended healing sessions combine the practical tools of counselling skills and talking therapy with the wisdom of the body, the subtle energies and the depth of shamanic healing.

Together, we begin by exploring what may be held beneath the surface. Through gentle conversation, counselling skills and a safe, supportive space, we can tease out patterns, beliefs or experiences that continue to arise and are ready to be released. We look at your life story, any recurring themes, and how they may be influencing your present.
From there, we bring in body awareness, learning to connect more fully with both your physical body and your energetic field. By tuning in, we begin to listen to the wisdom your body holds, uncovering where emotions, memories or energetic blocks may be stored.

Drawing on shamanic healing techniques, we then work to clear these blocks, release stagnant energies, and restore flow and harmony to your system. This might include energy clearing, soul retrieval, working with spirit guides or the natural elements, always guided by what feels right for you in the moment.

Every session is unique, guided by intuition, your needs and intentions, creating a space where deep healing can unfold at a pace that feels safe and supported. The aim is always to empower you, helping you reconnect with your inner strength, cultivate self-awareness, and move forward with greater clarity and ease.

Single session - 90 to 120 minutes - £65

Block of 6 sessions (90-120 mins): £330 - £55 per session
A block of 6 to be scheduled over 6-12 week period.
