Integrated Healing
Each Integrated Healing session is a unique, intuitive experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. We work together to create a grounded, supportive space for your physical, emotional, mental and energetic wellbeing.
This approach may draw on a blend of shamanic healing, sacred sound therapy, energy work, somatic techniques, breath work, therapeutic conversation and Human Design. Rather than following a fixed structure, each session responds to what is most present for you in the moment. It works gently with the body, mind and energy system to help shift what feels held or stuck, allowing space for more ease, clarity and connection.
What unfolds is guided by your needs on the day, whether that is rest, emotional release, nervous system support, or gentle encouragement to move forward.
One hour sessions or two hour sessions are available. A two hour session is recommended if you feel that you would benefit from a longer session for discussion, a healing and allowing plenty of time for integration and a slower, unhurried pace. The one hour session, is more for a check-in and a healing.
Because this work often unfolds layer by layer, many people find that returning over time allows the process to deepen naturally. Each session can stand alone, and there is also a gentle continuity that can emerge when we work together across a series of sessions, supporting reflection, integration and meaningful shifts at a pace that feels right for you.
Who this is for
Integrated Healing is for anyone who feels they need a little more space and support than everyday life allows. It can be especially helpful if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or moving through a period of change.

This work can be particularly supportive during times of grief, burnout, relationship change, or life transitions, when old ways of coping no longer feel quite enough.
By bringing together therapeutic conversation, somatic awareness and energetic practices, Integrated Healing supports you in reconnecting with yourself in a more integrated way. Over time, this can gently support greater balance, clarity and a steadier sense of alignment in daily life.
